General Fortune Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    2 tbsp cornstarch (corn flour)
    ½ cup sugar
    pinch salt
    ¹/₃ cup oil
    3 egg whites
    ½ tsp vanilla extract
    3 tbsp water
